Willis Bond's Catalina Bay Apartments Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

   - This promotion is open to individuals who refer a friend or purchase an apartment at Willis Bond's Catalina Bay Apartments development.

   - The apartment purchase must go unconditional between May 29th, 2024, and August 1st, 2024.

2. Promotion Details

   - Referrers who successfully refer a friend who goes unconditional on the sale of an apartment at Willis Bond's Catalina Bay Apartments development within the specified period will receive a $10,000 Cocoa Republic voucher.

   - The referred apartment purchaser, will also receive a $10,000 Cocoa Republic furniture voucher.

3. Referral Process

   - The referrer must provide the details of the referred friend to Willis Bond at the time of the referral.

   - Both the referrer and the referred friend must mention the referral at the time of the apartment purchase to be eligible for the vouchers.

4. Unconditional Sale

   - An unconditional sale is defined as a sale that has satisfied all conditions and requirements set out in the sales and purchase agreement and is legally binding.

5. Voucher Issuance

   - Vouchers will be issued within 30 days after the referred friend’s purchase goes unconditional.

   - Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Promotion Period

   - This promotion is valid for apartment purchases made between May 29th, 2024, and August 1st, 2024.

7. General Conditions

   - Willis Bond reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

   - Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

   - Any disputes arising from this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
