Founded in 1986, Architectus is a multi-disciplinary, design-led company from New Zealand. The practice brings together the experience of more than 200 leading architects, designers and planners with offices in New Zealand, Australia and China. Architectus is delivering the much-anticipated Catalina Bay Apartments to Catalina Bay. Previous projects include the award-winning Wynyard Quarter Urban Design Framework for Waterfront Auckland, Trinity Apartments in Parnell, and award-winning Wynyard Central Apartments.

L.T. McGuinness is a third-generation family construction company with a 70-year unblemished reputation for quality, performance, cost-effectiveness, trust and partnerships.

Since 1950, L.T. McGuinness has been involved in the successful construction and redevelopment of many landmark buildings. This includes the Government House (residence of the Governor-General) refurbishment project and Premier House (residence of the Prime Minister).

In partnership with Willis Bond & Co, L.T. McGuinness has also constructed a number of award-winning apartment developments. Such as the stunning Chews Lane Precinct, the design-engineering masterpiece Clyde Quay Wharf (recipient of a number of awards including 2015 Property Council NZ Supreme Award, Registered Master Builders Commercial Project 2015 Supreme Award), the superb One Market Lane and most recently, the award-winning Wynyard Central apartments, which won the Residential Projects Category NZ Master Building Commercial Projects Awards 2019 as well as winning the Housing Multi-Unit Category, NZIA Auckland Architecture Awards 2019.
